Abstract

As marketing research projects migrate from telephone or field to the Internet, a client’s first question should be, Is the Internet the best environment for the project? This article discusses online sampling, providing factors that can help determine whether a project is suited for the Internet and, if so, techniques that can be used to ensure a representative sample.
